A two-day workshop on the Role of Defence Representatives was organized for officers on 23rd & 24th November 2024 at K.C. Chowkshi Learning Center Lucknow. This workshop aimed to enhance the skills of our Defence Representatives in defending their colleagues during departmental inquiries. Coordinated by Sh. R.K Chatterjee, President, AIBOBOA & INBOC, the workshop featured sessions led by a panel of experienced Officers/Executives, who explained various aspects of the role of Defence Representatives.
About 45 officers from across the country participated in the workshop.
The presence and insights of Executives and Panelists were invaluable and helped greatly in enhancing the knowledge of all participants.
